Today we had our Halloween Table Toppers Competition. Three children from all classes from 1st to 6th were chosen by the teachers to represent their classes. Today we had to get our chosen 18 down to 1, to be crowed Table Toppers Champion.

We had lots of questions for our audience, and it was great fun.

Here is one question the children in the audience were asked;

There is a patch of lily pads on a lake. “Every day, the patch doubles in size. If it takes 48 days for the patch to cover the entire lake, how long would it take for the patch to cover half of the lake?”

Do you know the answer?

The children chosen represented their classes extremely well and put on a great display of knowledge of their tables. We had to go to the sudden death questions with most groups.  Well done everyone.

Please see a selection of photographs of the children below who took part in the competition.
