Yesterday, Junior and Senior Infants made jelly. We followed the instructions very carefully. We had to stir the jelly and hot water a lot to make sure it all dissolved. We used a measuring jug to make sure we had the correct amount of water. We were also very careful when mixing the hot water. Once the jelly dissolved we added some cold water. We put the jelly in the fridge to set over night.
Today we ate the jelly with ice-cream. It was a lovely treat!
