The Pupils in Killoughteen NS were treated by the Parents Association and B.O.M. with a Treat Box for the Toy Show on November 26th. We wanted to thank the children for being so good in following the Covid-19 guidelines, and for working hard at remote learning since March 2020.
The B.O.M. are also celebrating that we have received approval from the the Department of Education to proceed to construction with our new project. We are going to be on site in the next few weeks to begin the construction of an extra mainstream classroom, 2 ASD classrooms with ancillary accommodation, a new GP Hall and a new car park. We expect to receive final sign off from the building unit this week and hope to have a builder on site prior to the Christmas holidays.
