School Improvement Plan
Our School Improvement Plan is an ongoing process that helps us to provide the best possible learning experiences for all pupils. Each year, we review different aspects of school life by gathering information from a range of sources, including pupil progress, staff reflection, feedback from parents and pupils where appropriate, and national guidance. This helps us to identify areas of strength and opportunities for further development. Clear, achievable goals are then agreed, with actions, supports and regular reviews built into the process. Our approach is collaborative and inclusive, recognising the diverse needs of all learners, including those attending our autism classes. By continually evaluating and improving our practice, we strive to create a positive, supportive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
