School Self-Evaluation

School Self-Evaluation (SSE) is an ongoing, collaborative process that supports continuous improvement in all aspects of school life. Through SSE, our school reflects on current practice, gathers feedback and evidence, and identifies areas where we can further enhance teaching, learning and the overall educational experience for all pupils. The process involves staff working together, with input from pupils, parents and the wider school community where appropriate. Our goal is to ensure that every child, including those attending our autism classes, is supported in a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. School Self-Evaluation helps us to celebrate what we do well while planning for continued growth and development in line with national guidance from the Department of Education.
