On Thursday 1st, and Friday the 2nd of March all schools in Munster and Leinster were closed due to a Red weather alert. The children were delighted to hear the news and couldn’t wait to get out in the snow. The Beast from the East was bring very cold temperatures and Storm Emma coming up from the south combined over night on Thursday the 1st dumping lots of snow over Ireland.Please see attached some photos of people out and about enjoying the snow.
